About Ops Across
Ops Across connects experienced professionals from other industries with teams working to make AI safer. We focus on operations, people and HR, communications, product, design and management.
Founded by Sandra Malagón, Ops Across draws on her experience in community building, career guidance and leading programs that help people move into work with social impact. Sandra holds a PhD in philosophy of science and has worked across the effective altruism and AI safety communities.
Good recruitment starts with understanding both sides. We take time to learn what a team needs and what a person brings: their skills, motivations, judgment and way of working. A job title or a previous employer only tells part of that story.
